The Firm
The firm is currently led by attorney Víctor Manuel Ostos Cao Romero, a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho (Free School of Law) and a Master's degree in Constitutional Procedural Law and Constitutional Law and Human Rights from the Universidad Panamericana. He has over eighteen years of experience in litigation and real estate law, and has recently specialized in startups (newly created companies with significant growth potential) and new technologies.
Following the Firm's tradition, we focus on studying our clients' problems under the standards of Scientific Legal Research, providing ethical, rational, fair, and democratic solutions to the diagnosis.
Challenges
One of the biggest challenges we've undertaken in recent years has been training our team in the areas of New Technologies, especially in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, which are gaining increasing importance for law firms by making legal processes more efficient, as well as the study of Startups as a scalable business model for use in New Tech.
Investments in technology for the legal profession are growing, and its use is a priority for the Firm in the provision of our services.
Another of our greatest challenges has been to consolidate, with loyalty and commitment, strategic alliances between companies focused on achieving our clients' Sustainable Development and Corporate Governance goals.
Our vision is to be aware of global risks and opportunities, adapt to changing scenarios, and identify new market opportunities, understanding that we live in a world of deep economic interconnections and geopolitical fragmentation—two realities that global business operators must consider.
"Innovate in the business model, not just in the technology." A good business model is more powerful than better technology. Successful companies often remain stuck in their original model, making it necessary to learn how to improve, or even change, the model to continue thriving and not wait for obsolescence.
Open Innovation. Successful Strategic Partnership in the 21st Century. A successful firm requires a business model that inspires clients, developers, and others to join it.
